Future Chef Local Final

Well done to Ben and Will who made amazing dishes yesterday. Ben cooked homemade pasta with chicken and a dolcetto cream sauce and Will cooked Chinese sweet and sour sesame chicken with rice and tender stem broccoli.

It was very close, but Ben won and will be going to the regional finals in Cambridge on 12 February 2024. He will be mentored by the Head Chef who judged the local final.
